Hi, my name is Sandie Hendrix. I live in Valparaiso with my husband and two children. My husband, Carey, is a mechanical engineer, employed by Star Tool & Die.

My daughter, Tayler, is 14 yrs. and likes dance and softball. Nathan iis 12 and plays baseball and runs cross country.

After 20 years in sales, I decided to change my career and enter the world of health & fitness. I started Pumps in Jan. of 2001 with 4 aerobic classes at the Valpo fire dept. 

It has been a true gift to be able to help people reach their goals & understand the benefits of good health.

In our spare time Carey and I enjoy playing co-ed softball for Pumps, water skiing, and traveling
