Our team exercise schedule changes on a monthly basis, so be sure to check in and find out when your favorite one is taking place. Then go ahead and sign up and find out how working out with other people can serve as great motivation.

Group exercise offerings include:

  • 20-20-20 (a sampling of three different exercise methods at 20 minutes apiece)
  • Stretch and Meditate
  • Mat Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Zumba
  • Taballa (high-intensity, stability ball-based exercise)
